Opinion has been sought under ref 2012/1602/EIA Regs for: A screening opinions application. Demolition of existing industrial buildings and provision of 2 separate blocks ranging in height from 2 to 8 storeys to form 300 residential units of mixed tenure and size and approx 2890 sqm of a mix ground floor uses ( A1/B1/D1) with no more than 1000 sqm of A1 retail use.

The 2009 permission has lapsed unimplemented - LB Croydon would not let the development team renew the existing permission. The site is about to be sold subject to the purchaser (Phoenix Logistics) achieving a similar permission, and a new application is expected in 2013.
