Morgan Stanley has bought out Anglo Irish in a deal which involves a portfolio of other property loans - the MS vehicle for this is called Cronus Debt Limited. MS has kept West Properties on as development manager and will sit tight for a while before progressing development. Land Registry shows a land value of £29,300,000.
