Coast & Capital, who bought the site on 17/12/2007 for £2,277,150 with debt from Anglo Irish Bank, sold it on 03/01/2012 for £3.1m to Origin Housing Group. Origin is taking the scheme back through planning as the consented scheme needs a good deal of tidying. It is possible, but not guaranteed, that a new consent will allow construction to go ahead in late 2012.
