Tim Craine is responsible for all research and consultancy activity. He has worked in the London residential development industry since 1997 when Geoff Marsh gave him a job and showed him what a proper day’s work was. Tim has a property degree from City University and an MBA from London Business School.
Tim is a leading authority on London residential development issues and during the last 12 months has provided information and analysis to almost all major players in the London market.

Sam Long assists Tim Craine with research activities. Before joining the team Sam managed a housebuilder based in the East-End and has been sitefinding and researching the London property market since 2002. Prior to that he was a mechanical engineer - with glamorous projects such as penguin pool plumbing and Chinese restaurant kitchen ventilation! Sam has an engineering degree from Bath University and a Property Development & Planning MSc from London Southbank University.

Andrew Mason has been working in the residential development industry in London since 2004. He studied to be a lawyer at Exeter University before deciding to opt for a career in property. He has extensive experience with site finding and has managed London-wide projects for some of the major housing associations and developers. He has also been responsible for building a thriving events company, London Development Events and is its driving force. Prior to this he spent the early part of his career compiling reports and consultancy for some of largest companies within London’s residential development market.
